Who we are

We are a third-party fulfilment and long-term storage company with over 20 years of industry experience, on a mission to show that outsourcing order fulfilment doesn’t have to compromise the growth of your business or the experience for your customers. We are totally committed to excellent service levels and are ISO9001 accredited for excellence in quality.

What we do

Lama makes things simple. Working with both D2C and B2B routes to market, we integrate, receive, store, pack, and ship your products, as well as handle any rework or returns that are needed.

We do this by using efficient methods we’ve refined over many years, along with the help of our in-house technology that allows us to easily integrate your systems with any marketplace or eCommerce site. We can have you up and running and integrated in as little as a few hours with all your pertinent date accessible via our bespoke Operations Dashboard.

The process is completely flexible and bespoke to your needs, meaning you’re in control of how your orders are managed, only paying for the services you require.

In addition to order fulfilment our warehouse facilities cater for short and long term storage options whether you need to store small items, cartons or pallets. Across both our sites, we have in excess of 55,000 square foot of storage capacity.
