Automated Billing

Our intelligent auto-billing system ensures accurate and timely billing for all Lama services, including picking, packing, inbound receipts, storage, and outbound freight.

Invoices are available in our Operations Dashboard, with detailed line items that you can drill into for clear insights on specific orders or services. You can easily export this data for your own records, ensuring full transparency.

Direct Debit

We prefer direct debit payments for a smooth, hassle-free experience. Once you’re signed up, invoices are automatically imported into GoCardless.

This seamless process cuts out the admin time, so you can focus on what matters, not reconciliation.
