Dr Fertility helps support people on their journey and maximises their chances of fertility.

Soon after launching their online platform, co-founders and online entrepreneurs, Kobi McCardle and Dr Lucy Buckley, realised that a large portion of their time was picking, packing and shipping orders, as well as responding to and resolving customer enquiries.

As a result, they were spending less time focusing on their business strategy which ultimately slowed down the growth of their business.

Kobi & Lucy approached Lama in May 2018 and explained their pain points:

• Too much time spent packing orders
• Due to low volume of orders, their shipping rates were quite high and the process of managing and acquiring shipping labels was extremely manual
• Ensuring stock is maintained within an optimal environment
• Updating their online store with accurate and real-time stock availability was manual and time consuming
• They were looking to maintain and scale a personalised experience with a handwritten postcard and gift for each customer
• Managing marketplaces, such as Amazon, was time consuming and a manual process

After discussing how we could help they were very much onboard, so we got to work integrating the Dr Fertility store with our in-house platform and moved the stock from their head office into our warehouse within a matter of days.

After ensuring the products were picked, packed and stored in the correct way, and agreeing the perfect means of delivery we the orders rolled into our system.

In the subsequent 9 months, Dr Fertility experienced an impressive 269% growth in revenue, as well as securing significant financial investment to fuel the business further.
