Byre Group is a manufacturer of luxury support pillows aimed to help alleviate aches and pains, with an innovative memory foam crumb filling. The products are approved by some of the UK’s top doctors, physiotherapists, and sports scientists to help relieve pain from pregnancy, fibromyalgia, arthritis, chronic pain, and multiple sports injuries, to ensure a better night’s sleep.

Launched in June 2019 with Amazon FBA, by selling a single U-shaped pillow Byre Group has grown to include a variety of support products. Frustrated with their current service offering, they were looking for a new fulfilment provider to partner with, to provide onsite customer service, increase stock inventory visibility and help the business expand into the European market.

After reviewing alternatives, we are pleased that Byre Group partnered with Lama Fulfilment in July 2020. From initially ensuring a seamless Amazon integration within the UK, we opened fulfilment channels across France, Italy, Germany and Spain, considerably increasing the market potential. The original goal of increasing sales by 100% was exceeded within the first month of the partnership. We look forward to seeing the growth of the Byre brand.
