Clean Shaven is a direct-to-consumer retail brand that designs shaving products and sells them to the public via their ecommerce website.
Initially, they approached us in distress. Their existing outsourced order fulfilment provider had not been completely up-front in terms of the costs they would incur for certain services. (Incidentally, not something that we would do!)
Additionally, orders were missed for days on end, giving the guys at Clean Shaven a severe customer services headache.
Their product portfolio at the time was relatively small so they’d decided to use WooCommerce as their ecommerce platform.
After consultation, we integrated WooCommerce into our system. In less than 4 working hours, we’d received the products into our warehouse and shipped over 150 orders that their previous third party logistics provider had not fulfilled.
We’d obviously proven ourselves to Clean Shaven.
So it wasn’t long before they trusted us to integrate their multinational Amazon stores, as well as other brands they own. We’ve also helped them to increase the range of channels they operate with.
In particular, Clean Shaven wanted to start promoting their products on TikTok Shop. Even though we didn’t have an integration with TikTop Shop at that point, our in-house tech team worked closely with TikTok Shop’s developers.
Between us we soon created a solid and seamless two-way integration between TikTok Shop and Lama Fulfilment, enabling us to easily fulfil all those TikTok Shop orders.
In addition, we have also started personalisation and gifting services for Clean Shaven as well as first and second line customer support.
