Brew2Bottle is an online home brew retailer selling kits to make wine, beer, cider and spirits, as well as bottles, yeasts and a whole plethora of home brewing equipment.
The business started out in a small shop in Northwich. Their vast knowledge about home brewing was plain to see, but they were struggling with online sales.
They had an old ecommerce shop that didn’t attract much traffic and their eBay and Amazon marketplace strategy was non-existent. Their systems were manual and after years of trying to make their online business work, they’d virtually given up as the effort far outweighed the return.
However, they still believed in the opportunity to grow their revenues and market share online. So they approached Lama Fulfilment.

Thanks to the efficiencies of our multi-channel sales platform and real-time inventory management, Brew2Bottle immediately started doubling their sales and grew their online revenue from virtually £0 to over £150,000.
