Our team locates the items, scans barcodes for accuracy, and packs the order – including any branded packaging you have specified.
The order is collected by your chosen carrier and dispatched same-day (subject to cut-off times). Your customer receives tracking information automatically.
If a customer returns an item, we receive it back, quality check it and update your inventory accordingly.
