We’ll integrate your marketplaces and webstores to our platform and map the listings to SKUs we’ve created. We’ll also integrate your courier accounts and shipping methods as well as adding your brand logos (if required) to the outgoing labels.


We receive your products, check that the delivery is complete, then link the product into our system. If there are any discrepancies or breakages, we inform you and your suppliers immediately. You also choose how much of your stock you want to send, making it easier to manage.


We’ll store your products in our environmentally controlled warehouse with our management system automatically recording exactly where each product is stored. This means we can find them efficiently when orders are placed. We will also provide supply chain and stock management services.


Our fully trained warehouse lamas have decades of experience, so you know your products are in safe hands. We’re able to quickly locate your product and scan the barcode to cross-reference that the item picked is the exact one required for the order.

Pack & customisation

Our expert lamas assemble the appropriate packaging, print labels, double check the order items then carefully put your product into the package. We also give you the option of bespoke packaging and offer a range of customisation options including:

  • Branded labels
  • Bespoke packaging
  • Gift wrapping
  • Personalised inserts
  • Your logo on delivery documents

After-sales services

Dealing with customer queries and returns can take up valuable time which is why Lama can take care of all after sales customer service as well as process returns.

Returns Management

We will manage the entire returns process for you. If the returned items are suitable for resale, we’ll get them ready and return them to your inventory.
