It’s imperative that our clients have access to real-time data, in particular details of the status of their orders and inventory.
With this in mind, our Lama developers have created an online Operations Dashboard with access to a number of features.

Automated Billing
Our intelligent auto-billing system ensures all the Lama services we provide, be it picking and packing, outbound freight, inbound receipts, storage or other services are billed accurately and at the right time and frequency – all invoices and bills are available within the online portal with each invoice line drillable into to ascertain the relevant orders or services each line pertains to – this data is then also exportable for your own records.
Direct Debit
Our preferred method of payment is via direct debit and once signed up, each invoice is imported into the Direct Debit system we use – GoCardless – this is a seamless process and takes away the hassle of wasted admin time with reconciliation.
