We guarantee to ship all orders received by 3pm the same day. We’ll always use the most cost-effective shipping method for the services you wish to offer your customers and we can also advise on the best type of packaging to use to minimise shipment costs.

Courier Partners
By using our preferred courier partners – Royal Mail, DPD and Evri – you benefit from reduced bulk shipping rates. Our systems are fully integrated, so any order we receive automatically generates a tracking code.
While Royal Mail, DPD and Evri are our preferred couriers, we also integrate directly with UPS, Parcel Force, DHL, Yodel, APC, FedEx and Shipping Aggregators such as NetDespatch and Metapack. If you already have a trading account with any of these couriers, we can integrate your account with our systems taking advantage of your own negotiated rates.
Amazon Prime ready
Our warehouse is fully set up for Seller Fulfilled Prime. That means we can get Amazon orders delivered by the next day.
Our sister company ShopAtHome is Amazon Prime rated allowing you to sell your products via their account and offer next-day delivery.
Alternatively, we can work with you to get a Prime rating for your own Amazon store(s).
We also offer other Amazon integration options such as FBA and FBM.
Bespoke delivery
We can organise bespoke deliveries for shipments that fall outside the standard postal or courier remit such as:
- Personalised delivery to differentiate brands
- Larger items that require special handling
- ‘2-person white glove delivery’
